LncRNA Sequencing

Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is generally considered as a type of long-chain RNA that cannot encode proteins. Such RNA performs its biological functions mainly by the high-order structure formed by its base sequence. The lncRNA and mRNA information was obtained by the way of rRNA construction, and the lncRNA and mRNA were predicted and analyzed by the targeting relationship.
