Whole Transcriptome Sequencing

The whole transcriptome sequencing focuses on the aggregation of all transcriptional products (mRNA, lncRNA, circRNA and microRNA) in the specific cells or tissues under a certain state. It can be used to conduct multiple RNA joint analysis, internal competitive RNA integration analysis, molecular marker screening, exploration of potential regulatory network mechanism etc. The application of whole transcriptome sequencing includes the research of immune mechanism, disease development, pathogenic mechanism, and drug target so on.

Project Advice

The whole transcriptome sequencing is a one-stop solution for transcriptome sequencing. Two libraries are built for one sample to obtain the sequencing data of four kinds of RNA for separate and joint analysis. The ceRNA analysis among mRNA, lncRNA, circRNA and miRNA can also be conducted to further explore gene function and regulatory mechanisms. At least 6 biological repeats are recommended for each group of samples.
