Mitochondria/ Chloroplast Sequencing

Mitochondrion & chloroplast sequencing refers to performing high-throughout sequencing of animal and plants samples to obtain the mitochondrion & chloroplast sequences, coding genes, genetic evolution and other relevant informations.

DNA amount* mentioned above is just for once experiment. In fact, three times DNA is recommended in library construction.

No contamination* means the DNA should be provided with the OD260/280 ratio 1.8-2.0 and OD260/230 ratio 2.0-2.2.

Pcr-free* is applied to the sequenced species which GC content of mitochondrion genome is less than 30%.

PacBio* platform requires pure mitochondrion/chloroplast DNA, and Illumina platform only requires total DNA.
