Genetic Variation Detection

Next generation sequencing technology is used to sequence the genome of a species or population. By comparing with the reference genome, the genetic variation information (SNP, indel, SV, CNV) of the species or population in the whole genome is obtained. Genetic polymorphism database is established to lay the foundation for the subsequent research of revealing evolution relationship and further studying functional genes.
